I am a mother of 4 adult children (39, 35, 25,) daughter 23(only son), and I am #12 of 14 children (10 brothers & 3 sisters).  Now a first-time Grandma of one.

In 2020, I became a certified "small" and "black" owned business of Real Results by Miss Mary LLC, a private studio now in Plymouth.  I am a Silver Sneakers instructor teaching yoga, dance, TaiChi, and stress management.  I am a certified Strong By Zumba instructor and a health and wellness coach.

I believe you should never stop learning.  Stay in someone's class.  At age 58, I did just that, and in March of 2022, I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Leadership!  I have worked in the childcare industry for over 30+ years.  I hold a distinction as an expert trainer for DevelopMN and the Department of Human Services MDHS. I am also a mentor and consultant to individuals interested in opening or growing their childcare businesses.

This journey is based on my vision and mission to connect and assist individuals by putting them first, bringing awareness, reducing stress, eliminating expectations base strongholds, and creating opportunities for serenity.
